8 Limbs Youth Yoga provides young yogis ages 7-12 an opportunity to explore the path of yoga, and learn about their mind, body, and community. The theme of every class is based on one of yoga's 8 limbs, such as yoga postures (asana), breathing (pranayama), concentration (dharana), and meditation (dhyana), and other aspects of this ancient art. Of course, there are also yoga games!  

Classes meet Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:45-4:30.
